What's the difference between digital and hardcover?
The digital edition is for reading on your phone, tablet or computer. The hardcover is a physical book for selected destinations. Check each product's edition options before you buy.
How do I receive a digital guide?
Follow the download instructions you receive after your order is processed. If the file or download instructions don't arrive, check your order email and spam folder, then contact us with your order number. Please don't place a duplicate order before getting in touch.
Do you ship physical guides?
Physical availability depends on the destination and edition selected. Any available shipping destinations, rates and delivery details should be confirmed at checkout before payment.
Are the recommendations updated?
Travel businesses, prices, opening hours and availability can change. Guides reflect the information available when prepared. Check directly with venues before making reservations or arranging transport; future revisions and automatic update access are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on your purchased product.
Can I get a refund or exchange?

Can I share the PDF with friends?
Your digital guide is for your personal use. Please don't redistribute or resell it. If your friends would love it too, send them the guide collection.
